i have medium brown hair little past shoulders

and i dont want to dye my whole head just parts

it is possible. it wont turn out as bright as you want it with out bleaching it. trust me . your hair is a little darker so it wont show up as well... i suggest doing it professionaly go to a salon.

If you are going to dye any hair PLATINUM blonde, then thats a LOT of bleach right there.

you don't have to bleach it you can just get hair dye that's in blonde.

Yes, it's possible to do without bleach. I have brown hair and get it coloured blond without bleach. So it follows logically that it is unlikely that you would need bleach for blue, pink or yellow. I would see a professional colourist in a salon though rather than do it yourself. Or even a hair styling student in a school. The teachers check everything very thoroughly and there is little possibility for hideous mistakes. Much less so than doing it yourself.

to make the color show up on darker hair, just dye the parts that you want to color blonde. then put the color over the blonde so it will show up - hope i helped - God bless!
