Does it? because my hairs like medium length( to my lips) and i want it to get shoulder length

btw my hair isnt ultra curly just skater curly

Yes,it does.Lauren is exactly right. My hair has been naturally curly all my life,even when it was shoulder lenght.Now my hair is all the same lenght,almost to my waist,and it`s straight.I`ll curl it with hot rollers, it will stay curly maybe an hour then they fall out and it`s back to straight.
